Very vivid, cobalt blue blooms with a delicate feeling. Dark green foliage is more fine than other delphiniums and much more tolerant of dry soils. Butterflies love this plant, and probably appreciate the name recognition. Deer and rabbit resistant. A shorter variety, nice as a cut or dried flower. Can be placed more towards the front of a garden setting.
