Shipping Policy

Orders that are 32 trays and more will ship via LTL common carrier on one-way wooden pallet racks

Orders that are less than 32 trays will ship via UPS Ground in flat-fitting carboard boxes with protective inserts and netting, up to 4 trays per box.

Wooden Racks

Full pallet rack up to 72 trays (32s or 72s or 128s)
Half pallet rack - 32-40 trays (32s or 72s or 128s)
Dependent on weather, we remain the right to change the shipping method to keep the plants protected from cold or heat.

Cardboard Boxes
Our Standard Cardboard box can fit up to 4 trays (regardless of tray size)
Any order that totals less than 4 trays will incur a $15 below minimum charge

For freight estimate purposes:

32 cell flat can weigh up to approximately 11 lbs
72 cell flat can weigh up to approximately 6 lbs
The box and inserts alone weigh approximately 5.5 lbs
